KidsPlay isn’t just about kids, it’s about parents as well.
Our MOM+baby yoga classes foster a warm and inviting environment where mothers can connect with each other and share their experiences of motherhood. It’s a place where you can find support and build a sense of community with other new moms. In addition to the physical and mental benefits of yoga, our MOM+baby yoga classes provide an opportunity for mothers and babies to socialize. It’s a chance for both to interact with others in a similar life stage, fostering a sense of camaraderie. KidsPlay wants to help to build your community of other new parents because it absolutely takes a village, and no one needs to go through this alone.
All levels of yoga experience are welcome to join at anytime.
